Think twice!
Good location, clean room.
Laundry was a joke - everything we got back was not really cleaned and some of clothes had chewing gum on it! Additional when we reported it - they told us that they can discount it by 10000 from 160000 dong. In the end we didn't have paid for it - but later they tried to take money from my credit card! Thieves!

Big, clean room in heart of old quarter.
Location was fab - on a herbal street in the old quarter so it smelt wonderful! Staff were really friendly. Toom was big, clean and comfortable. Air con worked well. Lift available too. Would definitely stay here again.
When you showered, the noise from the boiler sounded like someone was screaming at you.

Location was good and friendly staff who organised airport transfer
Pictures were misleading and did not portray what the room was actually like. The room was much poorer quality than the pictures made out. Room description said we would have a private balcony and bathtub but we had neither, and we received no explanation for why we did not have them. Room was not totally clean, soundproofing advertised was non-existent and you could hear everything from the street on the 6th floor, where our room was located.

The people in the lobby were nice and helpful. The place itself needs a thorough review and overhaul
People were nice helpful and friendly
WiFi was weak soap and shampoo were in ridiculous plastic packets that were difficult to open getting into and out of the bathtub was difficult and dangerous the tub itself was old and ugly with worn spots . There wasn’t a toilet paper holder just a roll stuck up a ledge. The toilet seat was broken. The bathroom was awful but clean. A hostel might’ve been better. 0 stars
